Kinkizi West – October 1, 2024
In a show of commitment to the welfare of the Kinkizi West constituency, MP aspirant Safari Christopher on sunday donated an electronic sewing machine to Rosette, a physically disabled woman from Nyanga subcounty. Rosette had previously expressed her need for the machine during a conversation with Safari, which made him to swiftly responded to her request.
During the giveaway of the machine, Safari urged attendees to support him in the upcoming 2026 parliamentary elections. “We need to work together to uplift our community, and I believe, with your support, we can achieve great things,” he said.
Safari’s day of philanthropy didn’t stop there. He proceeded to Kenshero, where he attended the thanksgiving ceremony of Rugando Primary School held at Rugando Church of Uganda. At the event, Safari made a generous donation to support the school’s initiatives.
Later, Safari was welcomed as the chief guest at the Bwindi Worship Christian Church’s thanksgiving ceremony. He made a significant contribution of UGX Two million towards the construction of the St. Donati Girls’ Dormitory, a project aimed at enhancing girls’ education in the community.
