At 38 weeks pregnant, Kylie Kelce is not. having it. with the mom shamers. (Although, let’s be real, this bad a— mama would gladly slam the haters at any point before, during, or after pregnancy.) In her latest episode of Not Gonna Lie With Kylie Kelce (a Wave original podcast), the soon-to-be mom of four discussed her birth “plan” while acknowledging what they say about the best-laid plans and that she will ultimately do follow the advice of her medical team including the OBs who she “loves” and the “angelic” labor and delivery nurses.
“I just want a fat needle in my back,” she said. “That’s it. I want a fat needle in my back that keeps the line in so when I need a little bumpity bump [of an epidural] … we can make that happen.”
Kelce — who shares daughters Wyatt, Elliotte, and Bennett with husband Jason Kelce — quickly spoke to the busybodies who she knew would have thoughts about that plan and her choice to use medication.

“You don’t need to have an opinion on it, you don’t need to be worried about it, because I’m going to tell you, this birth plan is approved by me, myself, and I, and my team of OBs,” she said. “People who dismiss birth with an epidural as being not a true birth experience, I can promise you from the bottom of my heart, I felt every part of labor.” Minus the pain. And why should she have to experience that pain? Sure, there are potential cons of having an epidural, but there is also the major pro of the mom having the birthing experience she wants.
And if you think the way Kelce got riled about people hating on expectant moms who want medication is a lot, you’re not ready for her thoughts on C-section haters. She has seen some “triggering” comments on social media from mom shamers who think people who have C-sections “don’t experience birth.”
“I’m trying to be nice. No, never mind. Go f*ck yourself. You can kindly f*ck right off,” she said, making us want to give her a standing ovation.”
“The person you’re speaking to just grew a human being and for whatever reason that little baby needed to come out the front, not the bottom,” she continued. “You know whose business that is? Not f*cking yours.”
Not! F*cking! Yours! Because how dare you dismiss and belittle that person’s experience. Whether it was an emergency or scheduled, that’s what needed to happen, and saying it wasn’t a birth is outrageously disrespectful.
“Keep your opinion to yourself,” she said, with a sigh of disgust. “Shove it.”
