If You Know Good Service, You Know ALLEISHAS MESERO

I’ve been to enough functions to know the difference between ushers and USHERS. Most groups show up with attitude and zero clue what they’re doing.

But when I saw ALLEISHAS MESERO do their thing? Eh, I said “aye, now this is how it’s done.”

First of all,

The discipline? Tight.
The coordination? Smooth.
The presence? You feel it when they walk in. They don’t force attention; they just command it.

And the best part? It’s not just about slaying in uniform (which they do, by the way ). It’s how they handle people. From greeting guests with genuine smiles and guiding them like they actually care to handling the most stubborn aunties with softness and respect. You just know they’re well trained , not just in protocol, but in emotional intelligence.

And look, I know some people will think I’m hyping because the founder, Sheillah Atwongeire, is my friend, my fellow from Kanungu. But me I don’t endorse mediocrity. I’m hyping because the work speaks for itself. Loudly.

Sheillah is not just running a team , she’s building a legacy. You can see it in how her ushers carry themselves. That quiet confidence. That attention to detail. That “we are here to work, not just look pretty” energy.

Uganda has a lot of ushering groups. But only a few bring class and consistency. ALLEISHAS MESERO is at the top of that list.

If you know what you’re doing, you’ll book them.
